error occurs in Mantis/MAIN-site (1 Viewer)

@Mods; just to let you know:

in Mantis, the MAiN-site i got following written error at the top of the pages:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ')' in /var/www/virtual/nolanparty.com/mediaportal.sourceforge.net/mantis/news_inc.php on line 17

But it is funktioning :lol:

Known problem. But thank you for posting a thread about it. I rely on both users and devs to notify me of problems concerning the forums and mantis.

Our new server should ship from california today(May 5th) so we should expect it sometime next week. Once i get it in, i'll get the OS installed on it, needed services and secure it. I'll then copy the database over from the current server so expect some downtime so i don't lose any posts or bugs that are posted between the database move.

I"ll try to do this at a time when server load is at a low which is usually around 10pm - 1am CST. During the downtime i'll post a simple html page explaining what is going on so not too many users are left without a clue.

Before you switched to the english version for mantis, there was a view with information on
- how many bugs are open
- how many are resolved
- a statistic about who resolved the problems
- average time until a bug is resolved
- and many things more.

i can´t find this view anymore and found it quite informative.
Especially the information on the total of open bugs.
Can´t get this info with the filters. at least i can´t.

Can this be put back in?

I didn't knowingly switch to the "english" version of mantis, i just upgraded it to the current version.
