    Hi all!

First thanks for your great plugin! I've a growing collection of functions thanks to it.

I'm using an also great plugin call Audio Render Changer (http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-plugins-47/audio-renderer-changer-82337/) that allows me to switch between the audio of my HDMI connection to TV and digital connection to my audio receiver. May be you can include those events with separate calls indicating the Audio render used, with that, I can switch ON and OFF my receiver and other devices.

    Thanks for your time:D

    Hi everyone,
I installed this plugin and can see the events in evenghost. But every time I try and play music files they will only play for a maximum of 1 second before being paused. If I disable eventtrigger they will play as they should.

Any idea what is happening and how I can fix it?
    Thanks.

Does it also play normally if you close EventGhost?

Hi just found this plugin and have an idea for using it:

For gaming i use another Soundcard in my pc and i have to change the standard sound device in windows manually. Would it be possible to make opening (and closing) my emulators (the mediaportal plugin) also an event? With that i could get eventghost to change my standart audiodevice with opening my emulators!

I´ve found it now using the advanced view.

I´ve closed eventghost but have the same problem - music tracks play for 1 second or less before being paused. I´ve disabled eventtrigger again and everything is back to normal.

You are probably experiencing the same problem i have.

Since I have several inputs i have bound "*.Play" in eventghost to play and pause. When i pres play, eventTrigger sends MP.Play which then pauses.

It would be awesome if the plugin would allow for changing the sent commands into fx Playing, Paused and so on.

But eventTrigger would not send anything if EventGhost is closed, as in Knobbys case.

What do you mean by several inputs and *.Play? Do you have multiple remotes or do you mean MediaPortal.Video.Play, MediaPortal.Recording.Play and so on, sent by eventTrigger? It wouldn't be wise to assign eventTrigger events to MediaPortal actions in EventGhost as is would indeed send back the play command to MediaPortal and immediately pause the media :)

True. Was thinking that perhaps it was just minimized or something like that

I have inputs like Broadcast.Play, MCE.Play, TCP.Play and so on. Therefor I have simple bound "Play" to the Play/Pause commands. The way EventGhost is build "Play" matches *.Play so it catches all my interfaces.
Unfortunately it also catches MediaPortal.Recording.Play which gives the same problem Knobby is experiencing.

For my setup MediaPortal.Recording.Playing, MediaPortal.Recording.Paused and so on would make more sense. So if it was possible to change the commands sent my eventTrigger it would be awesome. However it would seem I am the only one having this problem.

Disable "keyboard emulation" inside "context folder" sample in EventGhost

    Best regards,
