How do I install ?? only got XML files...

MP is installed from fresh.

Downloaded Black Glass Nova HD skin.
After unzipping the NOVA skin map, I only got some pictures and XML files.
no .exe files to install the skin !?

Are you sure you've downloaded the right package?
You can find an MPEI package (MediaPortal Extension Installer) in this thread, which you can install once you've installed MediaPortal.
