MP is very unstable after resume from standby.

    Sometimes while using the Guide.
Sometimes while using the recordings module.
Sometimes while watching a recorded tv.

With this steps, we can often reproduce it:
    resume MP from standby.
    Start live tv.
    Press Exit on the remote.
    Go to recordings.
    Watch a recorded tv.
Press Exit on the remote to open recordings menu.
    Press Info on the remote(F9).
The GUI is frozen and I have to kill the application.

I have no problem when I close MP and start it again after resume from standby.

I think this behavior came with MP1.8.0 Pre.
But only today I realized the association with resume from standby.

I have installed it and done some tests.

    • only new build without startup delay
same behaviour as described in #1.
      Log: MediaPortalLogs_30_07_14__19_04

    • startup delay 10s at startup and resume
      It seems to work
      I can't reproduce #1
But I can not detect any delay at the resume!
At startup, a message is displayed: "Wait ...."
      At resume, nothing.
After a resume, MP is straightaway usable, without any delay.

    But my problem is solved!
    TNX for the feedback! ;)

But you still have a Filter issue, and it seems related to the EVR renderer.
    Code:
    [2014-07-30 18:53:02,441] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - TSReaderPlayer: Add codecs
    [2014-07-30 18:53:02,706] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - VMR9: added EVR Renderer to graph
    [2014-07-30 18:53:02,714] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - Failed filter: not found
    [2014-07-30 18:53:02,735] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - Failed filter: not found

Could you double check your 'Video Renderer' settings?
MP Config >> Codecs and Renderer >> tab 'Video Renderer'.
    EVR should be checked there.[/code]
which could very well explain the unstable system, since it's needed for playback.

Thanks, i have installed it but need more time to Test it. Maybe i can do some Tests tomorrow. Right now the TV is in use
TNX! I've noticed that there is also a big difference between a short and a long standby. Short meaning like 5 minutes, long meaning 1.5/2 hours or longer (often noticed overnight)
so would be good to best both situations (no rush!).

    EVR is activated.
Seems to be the default value.
I have not deliberately changed it.
    Should I switch to VMR9?
