new client for MP Extended (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I developed a MP Extended-Client for windows, which gets the tuning details of the active card of mediaportal. It is a great help, if you set up your satellite. Now I begin to develop the same software for android. Than you can set up your satellite with your smartphone. Until now it has only the main functions. I have not invested a lot of time for the design. But it works fine for me. Later, I want upload my source code. I must read the develop guidelines for open source projects.

Thanks. The android app is nearly finish. I works. I must develop the settings menu and create another language file.
