Past / expired programs showing in EPG search?

Hi, when I use theTV search function and for instance filter by 'Film' it populates with some old data. For example programs with air dates in November..

I use webEPG to populate my guide and I have it set to empty entries before updating. Is the above behaviour intentional? If not, where is it getting this old guide data from??

I get the same as well. I would love to know how to correct it.

The only thing I can think of is the entries must still be in the database somewhere and not being correctly purged (dont really understand why historical epg data would be needed). How to progress this is anyones guess. Suppose get lucky and a dev spots the thread?
