Rapidly dropping frames, but only with certain TV series (1 Viewer)

Can the refresh rate be my problem when I have stuutering at 25 frames with 50 Hz refresh rate?

It shouldn't be the problem.

I had no such problems before I set up my system new some weeks ago and replaced my second display. The new display
can not display 50 Hz, could that be the problem? That my igpu (HD 2000) is struggeling to create two different refresh rates?

Your display does need to support the specific refresh rate, or else it simply won't work.

The second display is just for showing additional information with mp dpslay ++, sorry I didn't mention that.
The tv picture is shown on my plasma which should be able to handle 50 Hz pretty well...
But my igpu has to create a 50 Hz picture for the plasma and a 60 Hz picture for the second display, that's what I meant..

It shouldn't be a problem to drive 2 displays with differrent resolution and/or refresh rates, as long as you stay within their specifications, but your HD2000 might be underpowered to do all of this.

Easiest way to find out the culprit is to test them separately and see if all works as expected.

At first I thought this might be the root of the problem but the CPU load is around 5-10% and the stuttering is not always,
there are shows and days where nothing stutters...
