Another glitch I'm afraid following my recent upgrade from 1.3 to 1.10.0
Video database info that used to be retrieved is now being missed. Strangely this is not happening for all files, just some of them. I attach an example with logs.

UPDATE : The information is only missing in Shares View. It appears in Title View.
FURTHER UPDATE: On researching which files and folders are affected, it seems it might be something to do with case matching between the database and the folders. Is there a setting or a fix for this??
ANOTHER UPDATE: I have renamed all of my folders and filenames just in case it was case matching. And it hasn't worked (has taken all weekend!) I can't work out why the info is being fetched in Title view and not Shares view. At a total loss what to try next.
