    hello,
    after few hours for understand how should work Watchdog with remote tve.
    the server firewall was bad set, Watchdog service was checked on public network instead of private.
    after correct this issue, i can start/stop TV service ,and clear TVE logs,
    but i have bad result when i try to clear event logs on remote

    but on my remote system, i have this screenshot

    and the event seems to be removed.
    but when i try to colect logs from client & remote server; i have this next dialog popup ... but nothing apears in watchdog logs

    "the server had internal error, for more informatioon, deactive customerrors in .config file on the server"

    was tired ....
    but i have bad result when i try to clear event logs on remote
    =
    but i have an error popup, when i use the action : " Remove event logs on remote server" from the Client.
    additional information : Event logs of the Server are not added to Zipped log ( and also Log )

    it's ok for you ?

    The application and the system eventlog are in the zip but the watchdogservicelog is not. I think this is the issue. Can you check if you have a watchdogservicelog event log?

    i can't now,
    but you can't find also TVE logs, none TVE logs are available in Zip.
    so, i think logs are not taken correctly ( but this, it's your area :giggle: )

    where i can find Watchdogservice log ? in windows event viewer ?

    same, issue for watchdogservicelog, i don't find it in Event viewer.
    and the zip file, don't contain logs from remote server.


    PS : after each MP setup ( installation); the firewall is set on Public network, instead of private.

    Can you check if the firewall rule of TV server is private or public. A screenshot from your firewall settings can help me.

    Do the stop/start TV service and the clean eventlog on TV server work?

    yes this work fine.
    only clean events don't work. ( but appear cleaned on remote, but wrong return from Watchdog )

    Can you check if the firewall rule of TV server is private or public. A screenshot from your firewall settings can help me.

    after each installation, rules are created only for public,not private; like this image. ( sorry i can't take screenshot, now )
    For Mediaportal : all rules are Public. if i edit the rules, for have Private, an new instalation create new rules, with public acces.
