Ok, I definitely wasn't pulling that last TVLibrary.dll file from the correct location as you pointed out (I think the filename of the .ZIP confused me, I thought it applied only to people using the new Colossus cards). I reapplied the v2 zip patch files and then the DLL from the Colossus zip...

I'm having a problem similar to the one another posted a few pages back. Basically, I always get an error when the service tries to find my HD PVR:
