broken skins

Hello All, I have a very strange problem. I've just installed fresh 1.12 version on new PC. Didn't installed any extra add-ons or skins, left it with default configuration and fired up. Every skin I choose is messed-up in some way, each of them in different way (see screenshot as example how...
