configure customize menu button

Hi, Can yo please provide a guide for configuring the top level menu in MP2. All I would like to see is TV, Settings and Fullscreen (shame I need Fullscreen but I do because the UI doesn't reverse out using the remote back button - can you fix that too?). I take it that you do have an easy...
