dst time

Unlike the rest of the east coast here in yesterday land we don't have daylight saving time (DST). The windows clock however was unfortunately set to DST. Now I have an issue with the program guide being an hour out. MP2 is time correct but the guide is out by an hour. Is there anyway to...
