0001957: TV Client doesn't reconnect if TV Server stops & restarts (1 Viewer)

If TV-Server restarts while MP with TV-Client is running, Client doesn't reconnect to TV-Server when it is available again(logs @ bug forum first post).

Similar issue it's also if LAN disconnects or drops for a sec or two.
