0002160: Finish the client side of the conflicts manager plugin (1 Viewer)

conflicts manager is currently only finished serverside.
the client has no access to the data created on the server, thats why the user will never see conflicts on the fontend.

the "workaround" for conflicts detection we have in the fontend right now, should then be replaced by the "ultimate solution"
