Some combinations of cards/drivers can cause continuous unable to start graph messages when graph is allowed to stop. This can be seen from logs as PMT time out. This solution is not final fix but enables to use tv and allows to receive feedback from users.
Enable graph rebuilding by adding file to c: drive root:
c:\resetgraph.txt
