0002541: No skin shown for multiple seconds when the Shares Configuration takes more (1 Viewer)

The local filesystem media provider takes up to 20 seconds when collecting the root drives when a network drive is not available.

There are two things to do:
1) Check how to avoid that long time checking the availability of a network drive in LocalFsProvider
2) Check why there is no skin shown during that time
