0002618: AC-3 audio stream is not selected by MediaPortal when only "Prefer AC-3 soun (1 Viewer)

If you have no prefered language selected in Tv Plugin configuration and you enable the "Prefer Ac-3 audio" only ,MediaPortal will not switch to Ac-3 audio stream when you have both mpeg2 and Ac-3 audio streams available on a TV channel.
Instead if you enable both Prefer Ac-3 Audio and Prefer audio type over language options in that case Ac-3 audio is correctly selected if available.
