when you import dvb-s2 TvChannels, then it is vital to enable the "Scan for dvb-s2 channels" option inside the Scan section of TvServer for _all_ dvb-s2 cards, or you will not be able to map the imported dvb-s2 channels to the dvb-s2 TvCards.
This is not clear to the enduser.
We need to do 2 things:
1. rename "Scan for dvb-s 2 channels" option in the Scan section to something like "tune dvb-s2 (HD) channels with this card" - so the user knows that he should better enable this setting for dvb-s2 channels
2. when importing dvb-s2 channels, we have to tell the user that he must enable the "tune dvb-s2 (HD) channels with this card" option for all dvb-s2 cards to be able to actually map them to a card.
These changes are required, because many users make a backup of their channels, and import them after a clean installation.
Without this change, dvb-s2 channels might now be map nor useable at all.
