Some CI menu handlers use polling threads that are not handled correctly in case of exceptions.
After some more channel changes CAM is not longer working reliable. Affected are DigitalEveryWhere and Twinhan polling threads.
Side issue: The CI handler gets not re-attached to a card after playback was stopped, so polling thread will never run a 2nd time.
