0002778: TV Server Configuration cannot import files if recording path is harddisk ro (1 Viewer)

Steps to reproduce:
Set the recording path of a card to the root of a disk. (For instance C:\)
Add a recording on the root that is not present in the database.
Open TV Server Configuration
Go to Recording / Database import

Expected result:
The recording is presented

Real result:
The recording does not show.

Personally think that we need to inform users correct way of setting up HDD's, this has been long over looked, but with the increase in cheap drives, more people are going to come across above error, so the sooner its put down as a guide the better.
