0002865: Animations using conditional visibility are broken in RC2 (2 Viewers)

As of R25530 (Issue 2839) all kinds of animations (slide, fade, zoom, etc.) are not working correctly if they also use conditional visibility.

This affects fanart backdrops in TVSeries, MovingPicture, Fanart Handler, and many community skins that use conditional visibility with animations.
