0003062: Splashscreen shows some localized strings even if another language is select (1 Viewer)

Sometimes on MediaPortal startup you can see that the first text(Delay countdown & wait for TVServer to start) on screen is on localized language & not the one selected in Configuration.
This also means that local language file is loaded even if it's not used.
