0003101: bug in MediaInfo freezes MediaPortal with some ts files - workaround needed (1 Viewer)

MediaInfo.dll has a known bug which causes that MediaPortal freezes completelly when trying to play "special" ts files.

As workaround for effected users, MediaPortal has to be able to work without Mediainfo.dll.

MediaInfo developers are aware of the problem.

Mediainfo.dll is needed for the refreshrate changer to work. With the svn change (26574) Mediaportal does not change the refreshrate anymore (Video playback/TV etc.).
