looking at the timeshifter class I realized that we do not always remove the user during a failed timeshifting operation.
I saw this when I started timeshifting a channel on a disc that was full.
I got the correct error message "disk is full"
but looking at setupTV I could see the user was still marked as being timeshifting this specific channel.
closing MP does not lead to the user being kicked either.
so this card was effectively being locked by this ghost user.
