Windows 7 will change screen resolution when user turns off Tv/monitor. Actually It is not quite like that. I made a little utility that monitors wndprog messages with timestamps, so that i can check when message arrive.
Resolution change happens when tv/monitor is turned back on. Then there is two resolution changes very quickly one after another. Firts to default 1024 x 768 and then to users specified resolution.
Mp wont survive from that. If:
1. Timeshifting is on and in fullscreen when powering off tv/monitor Mp freezes when turning Tv/monitor back on.
2. If Only Gui is visible on Mp when powering off Tv/monitor and then back on It is pure luck in which size Mp ends up, but in that case it wont freeze.
