The Configuration Tool contains many hard coded links to Wiki pages (in addition to the Help button which are managed by HelpReferences.xml).
These links all need to be updated to link to new Wiki page.
Documentation is requried for all cases where links are hardcoded in Config Tool, installer or elsewhere.
