0003409: Rework of My Videos watched status (1 Viewer)

Currently watched status is set immediately after video file play. This rework will trigger watch status after video is played 80% of total video file duration. New field "watched" is introduced in "resume" table in video database to avoid "watched" status reset if previously 80%+ playback stop time is changed lower than 80%.

For movies in the video database, movie info "watched" status got higher priority.
