MP has a hardcoded 5sec grace period where it denies standby/hibernation if the user has just recently resumed from standby (within those 5 sec = grace period.)
This is done in order to have a power event immidiately suspend the htpc upon resume.
sometimes this 5 sec. hardcoded value is not enough.
This grace period is now customizable using:
mediaportal.xml
