0003466: WatchDog has to be updated to launch with the new "default" skin(s) (1 Viewer)

The replacement of the "blue3" skin requires that the WatchDog gets updated to now use the "default" skin from 1.2.0 beta.

This includes the button inside the WatchDog GUI and the "MediaPortal Debug-Mode" shortcut.
