0003515: MP may occasionally hang on splash screen after closing warning dialog (1 Viewer)

When starting MP and the Incompatible Plugins warning dialog is shown, closing the dialog sometimes cause MP to hang showing "Starting plugins..." on the splash screen. This only happens if the splash screen is shown.
