When you try to use conditions on animations, as outlined in the wiki:

even the example posted in Wiki does not work. The condition is not respected.
In other cases, the animation goes directly to the last frame of the animation, skipping all the intermediate frames. It starts and ends immediately leaving out all the intermediate frames. You cannot see the animation motion, only the ending step.
