LAV Splitter can parse ITrackInfo information to know what subtitle track is the Forced Subtitle one.
Cpp2005 has patch MPC-HC Engine and it's working very nicely
Now we can have Forced Subtitle with MPC Matroska Splitter and LAV Splitter.
Thank cpp2005 and nevcairiel to add ITrackInfo to LAV Splitter.
