Following Mantis 3292 several windows have been removed.
If any of these windows were referenced in the remote mapping file then if a user enters setup and tries to look at or amend any remote mapping this will cause an exception. This exception is handled but in handling the exception the user defined mapping file is deleted and replaced with the default file (hence any user defined mappings are lost forever).
