0003676: TV Service startup is set to manual after Installing 1.2 Beta or SVN (1 Viewer)

After a new Install of TV Server the start-up method of the service is set to manual. This will prevent TV Service from running after a reboot as long as User did not call TV Server Configuration or MP Client.
