0003710: 'Hide taskbar in fullscreen mode' option does not hide Start Button in Win7 (1 Viewer)

On Windows 7 the 'Hide taskbar in fullscreen mode' only hides the taskbar and doesn't hide the Start Orb, which stays on top of the MediaPortal window in some cases.
