0003749: Unable to type non-english characters in virtual keyboard (1 Viewer)

It was possible in pre 1.2 beta versions. In order to have a fix for both, Mantis 2813: Slow dialog menus after volume adjust and this one, have to implement proper message loop which is called when dialogs are being rendered. Currently we have some half-baked solution.
