0003757: Expand shutdown menu with "Restart MediaPortal" and "Exit MediaPortal" choic (1 Viewer)

Current shutdown menu offers 4 options, Shutdown, Hibernate, Restart, Stand by. Missing are the Restart MediaPortal and Exit MediaPortal options which logically fit in this menu. Both of these actions are already present in current code, it is only a matter of shuffling few lines to get this working.
