Implement volume overlay so current volume can be shown across whole application (in any window). This will make current full screen volume deprecated and it should be removed.
- overlay should react to volume/mute changed events - even external ones - IE if you set volume using windows mixer
- suggestion for implementation is VolumeOverlay.xml with three controls (501 - background image, 502 - mute image, 503 - volume bar)
- there should be possibility to set three things on every window XML (if skinner wants):
--true/false -> disable volume overlay for certain windows
--integer, integer -> X/Y offsets from skin XML positions of volume overlay for this window -> this way skinner has possibility to move volume overlay for certain windows -> for example show overlay on different place when in full screen windows than when in GUI.
