Some users have problems with video decode filter either not being loaded (at TV start) or not being removed/changed/added back (on channel changes) to the filter graph. The result is a black screen...
These issues seem to be caused by TsReader.ax not parsing the TS stream correctly or for long enough to detect video-related changes - so the the graph rebuilding never gets triggered.
