0004075: Rework of LAV install (1 Viewer)

LAV installation needs to be changed to avoid conflicts with already existing LAV installations on a System. MP provided version will only be registered if no other LAV version is present on the system. Can always be overridden during upgrade/installation in advanced mode.<br /> <br /> To make later changes of the codecs registration a tab in the configuration tool might also be added. The later one is optional for now and might be a 1.3.1/1.4.0 feature.
