The service monitor has menu item is system tray context menu to start and stop the windows service.<br /> <br /> Normally the sevicemonitor is not started elevated, but it needs admin rights to do this.<br /> <br /> Either it is being elevated at the first usage of a Command which requires admin rights, such as Start/Stop service and it stays elevated from that time<br /> OR<br /> a UACHelper.exe is started to do the actual start/stop of the service
