[PARSEHTML]MPEI's depedency check for TvServer has reversed logic for min and max.<br /> This is also due to the fact that the comparison implementation is not unified in one place and hard to read.<br /> User cwchapma has supplied a patch via github pull request that fixes the issue and adds a new common VersionProvider class with overloaded operators.[/PARSEHTML]
