Attached the patch for the replacement.
Unfortunately, without commit rights, I cannot change the binary dll.
So you'll have to replace
TVLibrary/TVServer.Base/ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
with
TVLibrary/TVServer.Base/Ionic.Zip.dll
