Hi All,

Been running 1.0.1 since release without problems so when 1.0.2 was released I upgraded to that straight away.

Everything worked until I tried to fast forward or rewind a video file that was playing. Media Portal instantly crashes and windows says it was DEP that was causing it. I have tried disabling DEP for mediaportal but says it must remain on for this application.

Reverted back to 1.0.1 and all is fine again.

My setup is as follows:-

Gigabyte GA-MA69-GM S2H F6 Bios
Athlon X2 5600+ Dual Core
4gb Corsair RAM
ATI Radeon 4550 HD GFX
LG Bluray/HDDVD Player

Windows Vista Home Basic x64 SP2

Now I am not sure if SP2 has anything to do with it.

If you need logs please explain how to do this as I have never done it before and will have to install 1.0.2 again to get the error.

Regards

Mark

i am experiencing exactly the same issue, but i cant find 1.0.1. to downgrade to. i can supply the logs if needbe

    im running 2.8p4
    2.5gb ddr ram
    ati hd 4350 gfx
    scaleo e
    2 x 1.5tb drives
    win xp servide pack 2
    all net updates etc.

i am also having serious issues with my tv series plugin and sorry to jump on your thread but it seems that no matter what i do, i cannot get the specials of a series i.e only foools and horses specials, to show up, but i can get the normal episodes in series order. i have renamed the specials to exactly the same as on thetvdb.org to ensure the lookup finds the correct file
