fyi, ajp8164 version are working fine here on win 7, noticed ur running win xp. Maybe thats the difference right now?

Choose another MPEG2-decoder like PowerDVD. I have the same error message if I use the DScaler MPEG2 Video decoder or the Nero DVD Decoder. This and several other codecs were running flawlessly with Mediaportal 1.02.
