No success after efforts over last 4-5 days.

Total factory re-set (Win 10) followed by an upgrade to Win 11. Effectively new machine. New MP download inc' all latest deploy files.
Same errors / brick wall 'fails at SQL test'
At a loss. Will post any findings if they surface.
