I am sorry that you are having no success performing a first-time install of MP 1.36 on Windows 10/11.
I am not a member of the development team, and know nothing about the intricacies of SQL and its various implementations.

If you simply want to get a working MP1 installation, I would suggest that you proceed via the route of performing a first-time install of MP 1.33, and then performing an upgrade install from MP 1.33 to MP 1.36 (you don't need to install 1.34 or 1.35). I did a first-time install of MP 1.33 on Windows 7 recently, and that did work. I have no reason to suppose that installing MP 1.33 on Windows 10/11 will fail.

Note that installing MP 1.33 means that you will end up using MySQL and not MariaDB. I would point out that (as far as I know) MySQL has no problems that MP exposes, and so the advantage of using MariaDB in place of MySQL is (in my view) marginal.
