    TV - HTPC Connection: DVI-HDMI

    Hi All
I wonder if some kind soul could help me from going mad
I just purchased a philips 47" Lcd full 1080p HD and its native resolution is 1920x1080, i have it connected to my htpc via a DVI to hdmi connection, using a Nvidia 9600gt
To get live tv to run i have to set resolution to 1024x768 and upscale to get it to fit to screen.
how do i setup the htpc to use native resolution and get live tv working, as if i set any higher than 1024x768, live tv stutters, or is not existant. or just fails.

Have tried all the codecs, purvideo, powerdvd8, ffdshow.

i would have thought my spec would have been good enough to use the native resolution.

    any ideas would be appreciated:D

    ade
