2 PC's with 2 MCE Remotes in the same room How ? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am using the IR Server suite for over a year now with XBMC (currently i use V 1.4.2.1711) and it works perfect.
Now i have to use 2 pc's with each having a dedicated RC6 MCE Remote.
My problem is that both PC's react when i use one of the remotes because the IR remotes have the same ID.

When using plain Windows i can controll this by changing the following and changing the ID on the remote:
Registry key - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da
Registry value - CodeSetNum0
Registry value data type - REG_DWORD <-- here the ID can be set between 1-8,
This works as i tested it.

But by using the IR server Suite this doesnt work anymore.

Can anyone help me with this ? (I tryed to use the newest Test versions too, but the service crashes)

The only thing I can suggest is to try to change one to a Vista (White) remote - I've noticed that mine sends different codes to the MCE (Silver) remote.

1) Can you please make pictures of both the Remotes you have ?, to buy both to test.
(please with the Product ID's too)
2) how did you found out which codes each remote send's

The original remote (silver one, although mine is an "OEM" one has a TV button on it):

ECS G910, ADVENT 7080/7092 LAPTOP MCE REMOTE CONTROL on eBay (end time 31-Dec-09 12:19:59 GMT)

The Vista remote (white one, Philips SRM5100):

I found they sent different codes because when I got the new one, I had to reprogram IRSS!

On the first screen in translator (start from the Windows system tray) if you click "New" it'll ask to learn a code, press a remote button and assign it a function.
